This is a good place to go for a calendar of events in the various cases:

Randi, Feb. 1 is the date by which JB and company must have their discovery turned over to the State.... per Judge Strickland. The State has been asking for this for quite some time, and the defense has yet to turn it over.

Yet they scream that the State doesn't turn discovery over to them in a timely fashion. Geesh.......

Thanks for the welcome back everyone. It's so good to be back.....

So....what happens if they don't cough it up??? Wonder if they can say they need more time...I doubt it since Big Mac said they had definitive proof that she didn't do the deed..Will that be check mate as they say in Chess???

Well, Estee, if they don't cough up the discovery for the State, they will be in contempt of an order by the Judge.... I imagine there would be some consequences to pay...... but then again, what's a little judicial order to Baez and company?

If they are going to say they need more time (and my guess is that they will), they better not wait until Feb. 1 to ask the Judge for more time. They will use every trick in the book and stall tactic to avoid handing anything over for as long as possible.

Of course, as always, that's JMO.

I'm not sure , but I bet there is a special holding cell for Attorneys in contempt...as they surely would not put them in with the Gen Pop...

By here, do you mean RC? I'm sure there will be many stations that will stream the hearing live... and we will post the links as we get them.

If there is enough interest, we will probably also have an open thread to discuss the hearing live as it happens.

Bumpity bump....... just a reminder this calendar is here....

Nothing really new on the calendar... and I'm not even sure the February 1 deadline sill holds. At the last hearing, JS agreed that both sides would get together after the hearing and coordinate their schedules.....

Since today is February 1... I guess we shall see.....
