Witnesses listed in civil suit against Casey Anthony

The lawyer representing a Kissimmee woman in her defamation suit against Casey Anthony lists about 150 potential witnesses in her case.

Among the witnesses: Casey Anthony, her friends, her parents George Anthony and Cindy Anthony, and defense attorney Jose Baez.

Attorney John Morgan filed the witness list Friday in Orange County Circuit Court.

Casey Anthony told investigators she left her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie in June 2008 with a nanny named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, and that the two later vanished.

Orange County detectives have said the nanny didn't exist, and Casey Anthony is accused of killing Caylee, whose remains were found in December 2008.

Detectives cleared Zenaida Gonzalez, a mother of six, who now accuses Anthony of damaging her reputation.

Gonzalez is suing Anthony for more than $15,000 in damages.

Also among the potential witnesses: Private investigators Dominic Casey and Jim Hoover; California bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, who helped post Casey Anthony's bond; FBI agents; FDLE agents and detectives from the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Morgan could call Anthony's ex-boyfriends as witnesses — including Jesse Grund, Ricardo Morales and Anthony Lazzaro, according to his list.

A woman who says her sister had an affair with George Anthony is also on the witness list. Her name is listed as Skye Benhaida, although Benhaida is believed to be an alias.

Another witness — possibly the sister, Crystal Holloway, is listed as "F/N/U [Full name unknown] Benhaida.

The attorney included "any and all witnesses" listed on any witness lists filed by the state in its criminal case against Anthony.

Anthony faces one count of first-degree murder. She has pleaded not guilty.

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty. That trial is set for May 2011.

The civil case against Anthony is slated to go to trial this summer.
